Style In Form products are covered by a limited one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the invoice date.

Products intended for commercial or non-residential use must be disclosed prior to purchase.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers the repair or replacement of products found to be defective in materials or workmanship. Transportation and shipping costs are not covered. This warranty is non-transferable unless approved in writing by Style In Form.

If an identical replacement product is unavailable, Style In Form may issue a store credit equal to the original purchase price paid by the original purchaser.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use or misuse
• Alterations or unauthorized repairs
• Improper care or maintenance
• Weather exposure or corrosion
• Damage caused by fire, flooding, or other acts of nature
• Products used for purposes other than those intended
• Floor models or clearance merchandise

This warranty does not apply to products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Style In Form or an authorized service provider.
